Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee.

For your convenience, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your service.

All Bridal Parties must be secured with a credit card. (Credit card will be debited for half the amount of services reserved, if not proper notification is not given). It is requested that Bridal parties make appointments 3 months or more in advance for optimal experience. 

In order to fully enjoy your pampering experience, and that of others, we kindly request that you make arrangements for unattended children. We also suggest that you leave jewelry and other  valuables at home. Please respect the cell phone free environment.

We do not accept Out-of-State Checks or any Checks by Walk-in Clients. 

All Merchandise can only be exchanged or returned for store credit

For first time clients, we require a deposit for color/chemical services. Failure to show up to appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

At Lee Pasquale Hair & Skin Salon, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality of work. We will do our best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Please reach out to the salon within a week of service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, it will be up to the owner if a refund should be issued and we will do our best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner.
